This is one of the most common questions I see here. I compared Brilliant Earth and Brilliant Earth before deciding. Save your money. The difference is noticeable but not worth the premium for most people.
It depends on your skin and how often you wear it. Mine is fine, but a friend had issues within weeks.

I will give you the straight answer. I bought mine from Brilliant Earth for about $5,000. Not worth the risk in my experience. Spend a little more and buy from a real store.
