My bench jeweler told me the main thing people regret is skimping on the setting. The stone itself is fine, but a weak prong will let it fall out. Spend a bit more on a solid setting.

I have had mine for over two years now. I ordered from James Allen online. Yes, I have had mine for two years and it still looks great. Just clean it regularly with soap and water.
Save your money. The difference is noticeable but not worth the premium for most people.
