I love the full-circle look but worried about stones falling out.

Pearls need gentle care: wipe with a soft damp cloth after wearing, avoid perfume and hairspray on them. Never soak them, never ultrasonic them. Re-string pearls every 2-3 years because silk stretches. Store flat, not hanging.

A wedding band on during the gym is usually fine, but skip it for heavy lifting or pull-ups. Bars and weights bend rings and snap prongs. Lifting can also crush a stone against metal. I take mine off for gym and keep it in a locker.

Temporary fixes: a ring guard (plastic insert), or a small bead soldered inside by a jeweler. Do not use tape or thread long-term. For a proper fix, resizing down costs 20-40 dollars.
