I talked to my jeweler about this last month. I ordered from Pandora online. Not worth the risk in my experience. Spend a little more and buy from a real store.
Short answer: no. I switched after a few months and never looked back. The upkeep was not worth it.

Let me break this down clearly. My ring came from Charles & Colvard with a full certificate. I asked my jeweler the same thing. He said it is safe for daily wear as long as you avoid harsh chemicals.
It depends on your skin and how often you wear it. Mine is fine, but a friend had issues within weeks.
