Great question. My jeweler recommended Tiffany. Save your money. The difference is noticeable but not worth the premium for most people.
I asked my jeweler the same thing. He said it is safe for daily wear as long as you avoid harsh chemicals.

Honestly, it depends on a few things.
My Setup
I wear mine every day, including to the gym and to sleep. After a year and a half it still looks brand new.
What to Watch Out For
- Buy from a reputable seller, not a random listing
- Ask about the color grade before you order
- Get a certificate of authenticity
My only regret is not sizing up slightly. It fits snug now that winter is coming.
