Does moissanite change color over time?

I have heard moissanite can look more yellow or gray after a few years. Is that true?

I've been wearing mine for 3 years now, 1.5ct equivalent in a bezel setting. No chips, no clouding, no issues. I clean it with warm soapy water once a month and it looks the day I bought it.

The difference is massive. Cubic zirconia is 8 on Mohs, scratches in months, and looks flat. Moissanite is 9.25, basically as hard as diamond, and has real fire. A CZ ring is a 20 dollar disposable. A moissanite ring is a 500 dollar piece you can wear every day for years. Do not compare them.

Honestly the only reason to skip moissanite is if you specifically want a natural mined diamond for emotional or family reasons. Otherwise it is the best value in jewelry right now.
