Is gold plated over real gold?

Good thinking asking this before buying. My ring came from Pandora with a full certificate. Yes, I have had mine for two years and it still looks great. Just clean it regularly with soap and water.

I would say yes, especially if you are on a budget. I have had zero problems so far.
