Here is my honest take after owning one. My jeweler recommended Amazon. Not worth the risk in my experience. Spend a little more and buy from a real store.
This is totally normal. Mine did the same thing for the first month then settled.

My Setup
I wear mine every day, including to the gym and to sleep. After a year and a half it still looks brand new.
