Based on my experience: A friend of mine got hers from Tiffany and loves it. I would say yes, especially if you are on a budget. I have had zero problems so far.
Save your money. The difference is noticeable but not worth the premium for most people.

Here is what I have found after researching for weeks. My jeweler recommended Blue Nile. It depends on your skin and how often you wear it. Mine is fine, but a friend had issues within weeks.
Short answer: no. I switched after a few months and never looked back. The upkeep was not worth it.
