I talked to my jeweler about this last month. I have heard good things about Pandora, but I personally used Tiffany. Yes, I have had mine for two years and it still looks great. Just clean it regularly with soap and water.
I asked my jeweler the same thing. He said it is safe for daily wear as long as you avoid harsh chemicals.
